Should you discover the goods are faulty, please inform us via our website: contact/returns
We shall then send you the appropriate method of handling the faulty goods by either asking for the items to be returned back to us or in some circumstances, the return may be handled by the manufacturer or their authorized repair centre.
If your product is faulty upon purchase and within 28 days we shall either arrange to collect the item at our cost or we may request a photo of the damaged item.
If your product is found faulty, and it’s more than 28 of receipt, and if within the warranty period, we can only offer a warranty repair. You will be instructed to return the goods to us (at your expense) or if a manufacturers onsite or direct warranty exists, we shall direct you to them
Should you return any goods which upon inspection are not faulty, or have been subject to wilful damage or accident or negligence by you, we may charge you for any delivery charges together with our expenses.
We request that Goods be returned to us within 7 days of our Returns confirmation.
We will then ensure that we deal with the return as quickly as practical.
